Call to Drinagh Eurospar to discuss the process ahead and the cuts of meat you require.
We will tell the customer where we will take the animal for killing
The animal will be dropped back to Drinagh Eurospar and hung for the appropriate amount of time.
We will process the animal to the agreed specifications, label all cuts and blast freeze.
The customer will collect the frozen meat, put it in their own freezer and enjoy!
