Milk Price

The milk price for the month of June is unchanged at 34.15 cpl (155.25 cents per gallon) at 3.60% butterfat and 3.30% protein, including Summer Somatic Cell Count (SCC) bonus of 0.5 cpl and VAT at 5.4%.The average price paid for the month is 35.43 cpl. This is based on the average butterfat of 3.86% and protein of 3.32%, including SCC bonus and VAT.

Winter Fodder Workshop

Drinagh plan to host a number of winter fodder workshops next week on Thursday the 26th of July in the Drinagh Central Office. Des Cronin from Inform Nutrition will be discussing feeding options to prepare for the coming winter. Each workshop will run for 90 mins approx. Places will be limited, and booking is essential – please contact Tim Regan/Darren Lynch to book your place.

Our annual gate promotion will be on 9th 10th & 11th August 2018.

The promotion will cover standard, heavy and sheep gates.
