Congratulations!! Ger went to Aughnacloy, Co. Tyrone last week to collect his awards in the Butchery Excellence All Ireland Sausage & Pudding Competition!
Ger won a gold certificate for his smoked bacon & turkey sausage and a silver certificate for his chicken sausage in the Speciality Sausage category. He won a silver certificate for his chicken burger and for his turkey and smoked bacon burger in the Butcher’s Choice category.
